ANNUALS
The huge increase in the cost of land & property along the Great Ocean Road has seen a boom in the demand for Annual Sites in caravan parks. With the prices of holiday houses in sort after coastal towns now out of reach for the average family, the alternative of having an Annual Site is a welcome relief.
So What Is An Annual Site?
Basically you own the structure on the site i.e. the cabin or van/annex, and you pay an annual fee to the caravan park to occupy the site for holiday use. The fee, in most cases, covers the cost of your family using the site, water and electricity.
Your annual site permit allows 24 hour access to your site; so you can come and go as you please via the use of your own boom gate card, your lawns are mowed for you and you have access to all parks facilities
What Are The Benefits Of Owning An Annuals Site?
The benefits of owning an annuals site are endless. It’s not just the lure of an affordable holiday hub that is attracting the families to Annual Sites, but as any parent knows on holiday, if the kids are happy and occupied, they’re happy.
